There comes a time in every healing journey when we realise that what we most long for - from others, from life - in reality is a call from within. An invitation from the child we once were, who quietly still aches to be seen, heard, valued and held.
Coming Home to You is a sacred invitation to pause the demands of daily life and return to the heart of your own being. Through gentle, restorative practices, you’ll explore what it means to parent yourself with the same compassion, patience, and love you offer to others - especially when your own inner child has gone unseen for too long. This is a day to soften, reconnect, and reclaim the tender, powerful relationship between who you were and who you’re becoming.
