the journey to rebirth
We all have a story, from childhood beginnings that shape us, and decisions that define us, to life events that impact the path we take, from one season to the next.
I've been there myself. From a dysfunctional family home, through unhealthy relationships, substance use, being a single parent, ill-heath, anxiety and feeling isolated from my community. I understand that when life is challenging, it can feel easier to remain in survival mode and the comfort of inaction. But, this is the illusion that sabotages longterm happiness, fulfilment and wellbeing.
I'm also in awe of the bravery required to recognise that current realities can only shift, if there's a conscious change. Adopting an empowered approach to heal the physical, psychological, emotional and energetic limitations, that overtime, have become part of the unconscious.
For me, it was holistic modalities that saved me. A blend of nature based practices and scientifically proven methods, enabled me to transition from surviving in sabotage state to thriving in mastery mode. I reclaimed my inner power, shed the layers of doubt and fear that held me back, and stepped boldly into the light of my own potential. I took small courageous steps to embrace my truth, honour my voice, and step into the world with confidence and grace.
Pursuing the path of self-empowerment is the best decision I've ever made. I am grateful to all versions of myself, who have enabled me to be the woman I am today. And ... I am looking forward to meeting the versions of me that are yet to be birthed.

de-normalise stress
In today's busy world, there's an unhealthy and damaging expectation that stress is normal, resulting in people learning how to mask their unhappy emotions and feelings of lack. I actively challenge this untruth – you shouldn’t have to live a half life.
